when placing a order, please include the following required information ,all orders will be processed upon purchase order receipt from Email, Fax, Calling  or other Chat App.  The order effects in according to is payment.
  1. Model or Part number
  2. Quantity
  3. Description
  4. Shipping Instruction (Express/air transportation/ocean shipping)
  5. Consignee info(company,contacts, postal code, telephone)

  • Mostly, payment should be completed by bank transferred T/T 100% in advance.
  • For sample order less than 1000USD, we will have to charge 30USD extra to compensate media bank charges.
  • For big order , 30%  down payment should be arranged upon confirmation of order, 70% on delivery
  • T/T ,Western Union,Paypal  and Money Gram are also acceptable.
  • USD, RMB and EURO are acceptable.
3-Which shipping way is appropriate for delivery ?2021-05-25T06:15:53+00:00
  1. For parcels < 45kg,  express courier is best choice. FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS .
  2. For parcels >45kg,    air cargo is a good option.
  3. For parcels > 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic.
     Or Send to forwarder agent or pick goods up at factory. 
    Anyway ,we will find the best way to ship by negotiation according to the cargo size and weight.

Normally, ODM product item is offered as default.

OEM is available to accept with certain order quantity based on product category.

  • All Claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within 5 working days of the receipt of the merchandise .
  • All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect  condition .
  • All pricing in catalog is subject to change, Verify all pricing prior to placing order. 
  • we are improving our products on a continuous basis, we reserve the right to make modifications without the need for prior notification and are not obliged .

  • All of our products sold are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship .
  •  we will do some necessary helps or repair service if necessary. but Elvydent will not be responsible for labor charges or shipping charges to / from Elvydent .This guarantee does not cover normal wear or stains on surface finish.Some reasonable spare parts are available to be offered in warranty time based certain order quantity .
  •  Some necessary maintaining  videos will be offered , welcome to watch it to deal with the problem more easier.
